I first started sewing by hand when I was very young, but didn't learn to run a sewing machine until middle school when I took home economics.
A few years later, I started attending the University of
New Hampshire for Theater, with an emphasis in design.
While completing my degree, I worked at the UNH costume
shop and gained experience working on numerous
theatrical productions. After graduating I also worked as a costume designer, Quilt Restoration Specialist, Patternmaker, Designer, and Seamstress.
I believe that sewing is an art, and that each piece can be a piece of artwork. Everything that I make is made to your specifications, your size, and your style.
